基于水稻种植的劳动教育与人才培养模式研究

Abstract:Withthedeepeningof laboreducationreformintheneweraandthecomprehensiveimplementationofrural revitalizationstrategy,innovatinglaboreducationmodelsandcultivatinghigh-qualityagriculturaltalentshavebecomethe keytocurrntresearch.Thestudyusesricecultivationasacariertointegratetraditionalfarmingwithmodem educationalconcepts,andconstructsa laboreducationandtalentcultivationmodelthatincludesfour dimensions: ideologicalandpoliticalguidance,scholpractice,knowledgeexpansion,andinnovationability.Theexperimentalresults showedtatthemasteryrateofcorelaborskillssuchaslandpreparation,transplanting,irigation,andharvestingamong participating students has improved, with rates of 81.47% , 85.06% , 78.22% ,and 83.15% ,respectively. In terms of comprehnsiveability,thescoresforhands-onability,teamworkability,andproblem-solvingabilityare4.35,4.38and 4.19,respectively. The highest excellent rate of agricultural knowledge assessment is 65.27% ,and the highest excellent rate of practical skillsis 70.55% .Research has shown that the labor education model based on rice cultivation effectively achievesthecollaborativeculivationofknowledge,skils,andvalues,providingareplicablepracticalsolutionforthe cultivation of agricultural talents in the new era.
