基于水稻种植的劳动教育与人才培养模式研究

Abstract：Withthedeepeningof laboreducationreformintheneweraandthecomprehensiveimplementationofrural revitalizationstrategy，innovatinglaboreducationmodelsandcultivatinghigh-qualityagriculturaltalentshavebecomethe keytocurrntresearch.Thestudyusesricecultivationasacariertointegratetraditionalfarmingwithmodem educationalconcepts，andconstructsa laboreducationandtalentcultivationmodelthatincludesfour dimensions： ideologicalandpoliticalguidance，scholpractice，knowledgeexpansion，andinnovationability.Theexperimentalresults showedtatthemasteryrateofcorelaborskillssuchaslandpreparation，transplanting，irigation，andharvestingamong participating students has improved， with rates of 81.47% ， 85.06% ， 78.22% ，and 83.15% ，respectively. In terms of comprehnsiveability，thescoresforhands-onability，teamworkability，andproblem-solvingabilityare4.35，4.38and 4.19，respectively. The highest excellent rate of agricultural knowledge assessment is 65.27% ，and the highest excellent rate of practical skillsis 70.55% .Research has shown that the labor education model based on rice cultivation effectively achievesthecollaborativeculivationofknowledge，skils，andvalues，providingareplicablepracticalsolutionforthe cultivation of agricultural talents in the new era.
