Abstract：Inorder toensure theimplementationofagricultural machinerypurchasesubsidyfundsandefectivelyhelp farmers tocaryoutlarge-scalericeproduction，thispaperstudiesthefundutiizationeffciencyofagricultural machinery purchase subsidypolicyunder theconditionof large-scalericeproduction.Thispaper analyzes thecurrent situationof the investmentandutilizationof thesubsidy funds forthepurchaseofagricultural machinery，andpointsoutthatunder the backgroundofthecontinuousexpansionofthesubsidyscale，therearestillthreeprominentproblems，namely，the unreasonablealocationoffunds，thelaxauditmanagement，andthedisconnectionbetweethesubsidizedmodelsandthe actualdemand.Tosolvetheseproblems，threeoptimizationmeasuresareputforward：first，buildadynamicallcation mechanismofsubsidyfundsbasedonfactormethod，comprehensivelyconsiderthescaleofagriculturalproduction， mechanizationlevel，performancefactorsandregionaldiferences，andrealizetheaurateinvestmentoffunds；Second， strengthentheauditmanagementofsubsidyobjects，establishastrictapplicationandverificationprocess，andimprovethe targetingoffunds;Thethirdistoadjustthestructureofsubsidymodelsandoptimizethesubsidycatalogueacordingto theactual needsof diferentagriculturalbusinessentities.Throughtheabovemeasures，wehopetoimprovetheutilization eficiencyofsubsidyfundsandprovidestrongsupportforpromoting large-scalericeproductionandagricultural modernization.
