Abstract：ToaddressthelimitationsofgeneralEnglishteachingmodelsinmeting thelanguageneedsoftherice industry，thisstudydevelopsapracticalEnglishteachingsystemtailoredtothericeagriculturecontext.Byintegrating English for specificpurposes with contentandlanguageintegratedlearning strategies，thestudy proposesatargeted， practice-orientedteachingapproach.Experimental results showthatthevocabularygrowth rateof studentsinthe experimental group reached 123.7% within five months， significantly higher than the 46.7% of the control group.A folow-upsurveyofgraduatesindicatesthatthosetrainedundertheimprovedsystem demonstratedoutstanding career performance，withemployersatisfactionscoresreachingashighas98.5.Theseresultssuggest thattheproposedsystem significantlyenhancestheEnglishproficiencyofstudentsspecializinginrice-relatedfieldsandsupportstheircareer development.
