Abstract:Riceculture,asanimportantcomponentof Chineseculture,isrichinvalue.Thisresearch takesriceculture astheentrypointtoexplorethepracticalpathofcultivatingstudents’cross-culturalcommunicationabilityinforeign languageeducation.Theresearchaimstodesigndiverse teachingactivities tohelpstudentsgainadeeperunderstanding andexperienceofriceculturewhileleaning foreign languages,therebyenhancingtheircross-culturalcommunicatinsils. Theresearchresultsshowthatinthepracticeofforeignlanguageeducationwithricecultureastheteachingcarrier, languageknowledge,culturalunderstanding,thinkingabilityandemotionalexperienceallhaveasignificantpositiveimpact onstudents'cross-culturalcommunicationabilityTheregressoncoefcientoflanguageknowledgeisO.35,thatofcultural understandingisO.28,thatofthinkingabilityisO.25,thatofemotionalexperienceisO.22,thedeteminationcoeffcientof themodelisO.75,theadjusteddeterminationcoeficientis0.74,theF-testvalueis12.34,andthedegreeoffredomis 100.Theresultsoftherobustnesstestandheterogeneitytestfurtherverifiedtherobustnessofthemodelandtheuniversal applicabilityofteachingactivitiestodiferentstudentgroups.Thisresearchprovidesnewideasandmethodsforcultivating cross-cultural communicationskilsinforeign languageeducation,enhancesstudents’understandingandconfidenceinrice culture,promotestheirallrounddevelopment,andisofgreatsignificanceforpromotingthereformandinnovationof foreign language education.
