AbstractThisstudyutilizedLongeng-31,acold-regionearly-maturingjaponicarice,astherecurrentparentand Daohuaxiang-2,apremumaromaticvariety,asthefgrgenedonor.ThroughfunctionalSNP-fgrmarker-asistedselectionforfgr geneidentificationand InDlemarkerdevelopmentbasedonsimplifiedgenomesequencing for geneticbackgroundselection. Longgeng-31(fgintrogressin linewassucessullycreatedaftertree backcrossinggenerations,whichexhibitsientialor similaragronomic traitsto Longgeng-31and possessesfragrantcharacteristics.This studyprovides insights for future molecular-assisted selective breeding in rice.
