Abstract：Inordertoshapethecoret values foryoungpeopleinnorthemricegrowingareas，thespiritofscientists shouldbeintegratedintotheshapingofvaluesforyoungpeopleinnorthemnricegrowing areas，andspecificwaysof shaping themshouldbe studied.TakingMr.YUAN Long-ping'sspiritasanexample，analyzeitsspiritual connotation fromthreedimensions：patriotism，innovation，and profession.Exploring thesignificanceof shaping thevaluesofyoung peoplein northernricegrowingregionsattheindividual，regional，andnationallevels.Determinetheinspirationof the spiritofscientistsforshaping thevaluesofyoungpeopleinnorthernricegrowingregions.Throughthestatistical analysis of thevalues dataof young peopleinthe northernrice growing areas，itis found thatthereare problemssuch asalack of professional identity，weak innovationawareness，andlowteamcollaborationeficiencyamong localyouth.In response tothecurentvalue issuesamong young peopleinnorthern ricegrowingareas，underthe guidanceof thespirit ofscientistYUANLong-ping，specificshaping strategieshavebeen proposed，includingorganizingaseriesofactivities to promotethespiritofscientistYUANLong-ping，integrating thespiritofscientistwithideologicalandpoliticalcourses， creatinganatmosphere forshapingvalues，and strengtheningtheguarantee mechanismforshaping values.These strategies aim to subtly shape the sound values of young people in northern rice growing areas.
