Abstract:Inordertobalancetheproductionqualityandscaleofmedicinal proteinindustry,thetechnologyof producing medicinalproteinbytransgenicricewasbrokenthrough,andtheecological systemof medicinalproteinproductionwas constructedwith thesupport of safety considerations.The combinationof CRISPR-Cas9and TALENgene editing technologywasadoptedtobreakthroughthegeneeditingtechnologyofmedicinalprotein.Throughstablegenetic transformationandsequenceamplificationofmedicinalprotein,theyieldof medicinalproteincanbeincreasedunderthe samerawmaterials.Throughchromatographicpurificationandconcentration,thebreakthroughofpurification technologyof medicinalproteinproducedbytransgenicricewasrealized.Thepurityofmedicinalproteinproducedbytransgenicrice can reach 99.99% ,and the activity and yield of the protein produced exceed 5.5% and 50% respectively. From the aspectsof toxicity,genesafety,impuritycontent,etc.,thesafetymeasurementindexoftransgenicriceinproducing medicinalproteinwassettorealizequantitativeconsiderationoftheproductionsafetyoftransgenicricemedicinal protein. Withthesupportofbreakthrough technologyandsafetyconsiderations,through theintegrationof planting,research and development,productionandsupervision,theecologicalconstructionof pharmaceutical proteinproduction industrycanbe realized,andtheoverallsynergycanbemaintainedaboveO.6,reachingtheexpectedecologicalpeformance,providing support for the efficient production of pharmaceutical proteins.
