寒地粳型两系不育系种质资源的创制及其利用

Abstract: Molecularmarker-asistedselection (MAS)wasutilized tocreateearly-maturing Japonica Thermo-sensitive Genic MaleSterile(TGMS)linegermplasmresourceswithhighstigmaexertionrates,filing thedomesticgapforearly-maturing JaponicaTGMSlinessuitableforhigh-latituderegions.Buildingonthepremiseofstableyield,theobjectivewasto leverageheterosis tocultivatehigh-qualityand functional Indica-Japonica hybridricecombinationswithsuperiorgrain qualityandstrongstressresistance.ThisstudyfocusedonKendao-217S,anewlydevelopedsmallgrainJaponica TGMS linebredbytheRiceResearch Instiuteof HeilongjiangAcademyofAgricultural Reclamation SciencesusingMAS technology.Analyseswereconductedonitssterlity,mainagronomictraits,andthefieldpeformanceandqualityofits derivedhigh-qualityhybridcombinations.Theresultsshowthattheindica-typesmall-grainedtwo-linesterileline Kendao-217S containing the tms5 sterility gene has a pollen sterility rate of 99.8% ina greenhouse with an average daily temperature above . Its1000-grain weight is only14.5 g,the number of grains per panicle reaches 178,and the plantheightisabout68cm.Thehybridcombinationproducedbycrossing thissterilelinewith Kenxiangdao-08169 achievedtheNationalGrade2ricequalitystandardintestsconductedbytheMinistryofAgricultureandRuralffairs' CerealandProduct QualitySupervisionandTesting Center (Harbin).Furthermore,thehybridcombinationderived from crossing thissterilelinewiththelowglutelinlineKendao-23617producedricegrainswithproteincontentlowerthathat of the control variety Longgeng-21.
