施用甘草药渣有机肥对水稻根际微生物群落结构影响研究

Abstract:Inthecontextofthedevelopmentofgreenagriculture,inordertoachievetheresourceutilizationofagricultural wasteandimprovetheeffciencyofricecultivation,organicfertilizerwaspreparedbymixing licoriceresiduewithstraw, livestockmanure,etc.throughmicrobialfermentation.Inordertofurtherinvestigateitsefectsonthestructureandgrowth ofricerhizospheremicrobialcommunities,thisorganicfertilizerwastestedinthefieldandanalyzedusinghigh-throughput sequencing,fieldobservations,andothermethods.Theresultsshowedthatinthesingleapplicationtreatmentof 200 log/667m2 licoriceresidue organic fertilizer,therelativeabundance of Proteobacteria in therhizospherereached 38.6% , and the proportion of Ascomycota was 62.3% .It can be seen that the application of licorice residue organic fertilizer can efectivelyimprovethestructureofrhizospheremicrobialcommunities.Atthesametime,therelativeabundanceofnitrogen fixingbacteriaandphosphorussolubilizing bacteriaincreasesfirstandthendecreaseswiththegrowthperiod,reachinga peak at 45 days 6.5% , 5.2% ),which ishighly consistent with the peak period of rice fertilizer demand.In summary, licoriceresidueorganicfertilizercanregulatethe structureofricerhizospheremicrobialcommunitiesandcontributetorice development.The method proposed bytheresearch instituteprovides theoreticalsupportandnew approaches for the resource utilization of agricultural waste and the cultivation of high-quality and high-yield rice.
