Abstract：Thenew formofhumancivilizationiscommittedtothevalueorientationoffreeandwell-rounded humandevelopment，achievingtheconquestofthelogicofcapitalbythelogicofthepeople.Underthetheo reticalframework of Marxist viewofmasshistory，thisnewcivilizationexhibits threedistinct characteristics：First，itemphasizes the subjectivityof the masses asthehistorical agents of thisnew civilization;second，ithighlights thepractical natureofthenewformof humancivilizationastheproductof the great practiceof the masses;third，it reflects the primacy of the people'sinterests，which serves as the core pursuit of this new civilization.Rooted in the Mass History View，the newform of human civilization profoundlyembodiesthepeople-centered development philosophy，constructinganewchapter ofcivilization that|prioritizes human welfare and pursues free and well-rounded human development.
