Overtaking ona Curve: Al Empowers Shenzhen's Human Resources Service Industry to Faclitate High-quality and Sufficient Employment

Abstract:The human resources service industryis animportant carrier for implementing the strategy of strengtheningthecountrythroughtalentandtheemployment-first strategy.However,why,despite Shenzhen leadinginGDP,istheindustrialscaleofits humanresourcesserviceindustryonlyone-thirdofthat inBeijingandone-fourthof thatin Shanghai?Researchshowsthatthisisrelatedtodifferences inindustrial structures.Shenzhen’s development mainlyrelies onthe manufacturing industry,which hasalong cycle.This industryhas accumulated mature talent ecosystemresources and management models.Enterprises complete core talentmanagementthroughinternal departments,resultinginlimiteddemandforhigh-endexternalservices suchas headhunting and consulting.Currently,thedevelopment of Shenzhen’s human resources service industryfacesissuessuchasthelackofleadingenterprises,difficultiesinimplementingtheindustrialtalent list,imperfect data integration mechanisms,andlimited influenceof industryorganizations.Toaddress these,itis necessary tounleashthe potential of high-end humanresources services in Shenzhen,tap thepo tentialofprecisematchingintheindustrialtalentlist,enhancethecomprehensiveefficiencyofdataintegrationand mining,and strengthenthe professional servicecapabilities of industryorganizations.Shenzhenwillreshapethenew paradigmofhumanresourcesservices withAIlarge models,providinga Shenzhen solutionof“digital empowerment and co-prosperity of industries and talents”for theGuangdong-Hong KongMacao Greater Bay Area.
