Abstract：As akey field of grassroots governance，the effectiveness of urban community governance is directly related to the realization process of Chinese-stylemodernization.We must focus on grassroots Party buildingas thekeytosolving governance problems，and takeconsolidating thebuildingof grassroots Party organizationsas thecore support for strengtheningand innovating social governance.The effective path explored byHSub-districtofYCityin Hunan Province todrivecommunitygovernanceinnovationthroughgrassroots Party building not onlyconfirms theinstitutionalvitalityof“Party buildingleading grasroots governance”but also provides governance ideas for improving the effectiveness of urbanicommunity governance and promotingthe construction of Chinese-style modernization.
