The Self-Shaping,Other-Shaping,and Co-Shaping :Researchon Portrait of Teachersof Ideological and Political Course lin Colleges and Universities with the Empowerment of Digital Intelligence

Abstract:Teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities are the core variables intalentcultivation,and the practice of portraying their images has constructive significance for the development of educational connotation and ideological and political guidance.With the deep penetrationof digital and intelligent technologies,teachersofideological and political courses incolleges and universities have createdanew portrait pattern with the help of digital media.From the perspective of "self-shaping”,the portraits of“dedicated researchers”in teaching,“pioneers”in classroom innovation, and“lifelong learners”,revealing the state of inward growth under identity recognition.From the perspective of“other-shaping”,the portraits of“educators”who nurture students withiaffection,“preachers”who enlightenthe mind and moistenthe soul,and“navigators”inthe publicopinion space,clarifying the outwardconnected expressiveforms under professionalidentity.Fromtheperspectiveof“co-shaping”,the portraits of“responsibleindividuals”who fostervirtueandcultivate people,demonstratingtheresultformofupward transcendence under mission identity.
