Abstract:Artificial intelligence has enormous potential inimproving productivity and industry operationalefficiency.While bringing about anew roundof technologicalichange，its risks and uncertainties also posenew challenges for people.Traditionalregulatory models cannolonger meet theneedsofartificial intelligencedevelopment.Considering theuniquenessofAIininnovationandapplicationscenarios,theintroductionofa more targeted regulatory sandbox systemcan provideamore practical managementand control methodforChina’sAIindustry，sothattheinnovationandcontrollabilityofAItechnologycanreachady namicbalance.Atthesametime,establishingamoreefficient regulatorysandbox systeminlinewithChina's lawsandregulations，formingalocalized regulatoryparadigmwithplasticity，notonly meets the needs of futureartificial intelligencedevelopment，butalso provides feasibleinnovativeregulatorypaths for the improvementof China'slegalregulations.
