Abstract:Inthecontextthedeepintegrationnewqualityproductivitydigitaleconomy，the HongKong MacaoGreater BayArea，astheforefrontdigital economy development，facesthe practical challengeanimbalance betweenthesupplyappliedtalentsindustrialdem.Based onaproundunderstingtherequirementsnewqualityproductivityfortheintegrationindustryeducationin applied undergraduate universities，research suggests that applied undergraduate universities in the Greater BayArea face severe challenges suchas shallowcooperation between schools enterprises,lagging technologicaliteration，cross-border institutionalbarriers inservingthedevelopmentthedigital economy.Inresponse tothis，feasiblepaths such as jointly building industrycolleges inthe segmented fields thedigital economy，establishingatechnologydynamicresponsemechanism，establishingaGreater BayArea Digital Industry Education Alliance，buildinga value oriented incentive systemare proposed， aimingtoprovideaframeworkforuniversitiesintheGreater BayAreatoservethedevelopmentthedigital economy help deepen the coupling between the education chain the industry chain.
