吉林省满族传统食品资源的现代化开发路径研究

摘 要:本文以吉林省伊通满族自治县及省内其他满族自治乡镇的满族聚居地居民为调查对象,分析满族传统食品种类以及食物资源来源方式,在此基础上,探索其现代化开发路径,为满族传统食品资源的现代化开发提供理论依据。

Research on Modernization Development Path of Manchu Traditional Food Resources in Jilin Province

Abstract: Taking the residents of Manchu settlements in Yitong Manchu Autonomous county of Jilin province and other Manchu autonomous towns in Jilin province as the survey objects, this paper analyzes the types of Manchu traditional food and the sources of food resources, and on this basis, explores the path of its modernization development, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the modernization development of Manchu traditional food resources.

吉林省是满族的发源地,在长期的历史发展过程中,满族形成了自己特有的文化传统,其中饮食文化极具特色,这与其民族生活方式及文化具有密切的关系,可以说,满族饮食文化是满族文化的缩影[1]。(剩余3612字)
