包装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌的污染情况分析

摘 要:本文概述了有关研究报告的包装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌污染的发生情况及可能造成的危害。针对铜绿假单胞菌的生物学特性,从基因层面分析其抗消毒剂、致病性和耐药性原理,从饮用水微生物控制污染的观点考虑列出重要的环节。

Analysis of Contamination of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in Packaged Drinking Water

Abstract: This paper outlines the incidence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination of packaged drinking water and the possible hazards. In view of the biological characteristics of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the principles of anti-disinfectant, pathogenicity and drug resistance are analyzed from the genetic level, and important links are listed from the perspective of microbial pollution control in drinking water.

《食品安全國家标准 包装饮用水》于2015年5月24日起正式实施,标准删除了菌落总数、霉菌等项目,保留了大肠菌群检验项目的同时,新增了铜绿假单胞菌检验项目[1]。(剩余4437字)
