Abstract:HeLin’s“NewScholofMind”pilosopcalsystemisteproductofteintegrationandparaleldevelopmentftradition al ChineseConfucianism—focusingonthedoctrinesofChengHao,Cheng Yi,ZhuXi,LuJiuyuan,andWangYangming—andWester philosophicalthoughts，partcularlytoseofKant,ichte，andHegel.HeLindividesHegel’sphilosophicalsystemintothreeparts:Ph nomenologyofSpirit（theintroductiontothesystem)，Logic(thebackboneofthesystem)，andAppledLogic(thefleshandblodofthe system)，andrgardstisdivisionastethoreticalfoudatioofte“NewSholofMind”ploopcalsystem.Coespdinglythe “NewScholofind”comprises threecomponents:PenomenologyofctionandPhenomenologyofConsciousnes（theintroduction)，IntuitiveDialectics(ogic)，andNaturalPhilosopyasteExtealizationofSpiritandPilosohyofSpiritintheNrowSense(Alied Logic). This system permeates He Lin’ s entire philosophical career.
