Abstract：Basedonquestionnairesurveydatafrom1Odistricts（counties）in Tongren Cityin2O24andusingtheclustersampling method，thissudalysteurntevelopetasdprobsofteifantadchildareseiceidstryelsoat thereare287infantandchildcareinstitutionsinTongrenCitywith4.47infantandchildcareslotsper1，Opopulation.Howevera supply-demand gap of 40% exists，with problems such as uneven urban-rural distribution，insufficient supply of affordable services，and operationaldifiultiesforprivateinstitutios.Furtheore，isssinudingincosistentcarestandards，uneveprofesioalqualityof practitiers，sufiientpicysupport，ndognitiveasesamongprentsostrainthealtevelopentofteidustryrefoe itisrecommendedtostrengthenpolicysupport，improethprsoelraiingndsupevisionsystems，andeancesocialpublicityto promotetheconstructionofanafordablendprofesioalinfantandchildcareservicesystem，therebyprovidingreferenceexpeiencefor underdeveloped regions in western China.
