Abstract：ThenewculturalmissionintheneweraisanewrequirementanddirectionproposedbyGeneralSecretaryXiJinpinginthe feldofculurlostucAsyialuticstocaldlualinangichsuldlfillilal mission，vigorouslydevelopulturaludertakings，strivetoadvancergioalulturalprosperityuildasrongculural touscityand createinfluentialtniculturalbrandsfrothvalueperspetieofihetingandiovatingtniculture，forgngatrogseefo munityfortheChinesenation，promotingmodernizationiethnicregions，andmetingpeople’sspiritualandculturalneds.Inrecent years，culturalonstructioninethnicegiosofrthwestGuangihasachievedcertainrsults，utitfacesmanypracticalotsad chalengesinubliculturalsrvicequalityulturalistiutioalehans，ulualrandviaityndulturaldscousesfoeteralcommicatioreoderdadqemetsofulalioiisetialtdatefortso enhancethequalityandficiencyofpubliculturalservices，improveandotiizeculturalinstitutioalmehanisms，promoteteeatie transformationdioativedevelopntoficcurendlevatetectivensdifluceofiteatioalculualcocation，so as toachieve high-quality developmentof culturalconstruction in ethnicregions of Northwest Guangxi.
