Abstract：Takingstudentsfrom14highervocationalcollgesinGuangxiastheresearchsubjects，thisstudyanalyzsthecuentsitu ationandinfluencingfctorsof“slowemployent”andproposstargetedsoutios.Thesurveyfidsthatoverhalfofthehighervocational collg studentsoldaeutraatitdetowards“sloemplent.Howeverthenomenonsowsangatietrendinnicreas，nd moststudentsareactuallyeluctanttoose“sloweployent”.Theanalysisofifuencngfactorsindicatesthatthaincausesforthis phenomenonincludeintensesocialemploymentcompetition，theinadequatecoectionbetweescholtalentcultivationandeployment guidance，families’sabilty-pursungmindsetandtheinclusivenesofteiraterialfoudatioandthegapbetweindividualscapabiliesanteraespatiosAoinglyeflongsuioeproosd：stteigrvocaalldtdto changetheirmndset，defieteircareerplans，nhanceteirprofessoalskillandstiulateteirintealdriveformplomntSecond，highervocatioallgsouldiproehrployentanceses，epnoterpriseopatiodtablsh preciseemploymentinforationplatfors.Tird，familiessouldviewemploymentrationally，encouageself-elianceandperseerance， andsupportdiversifedcareerchoces.Fourth，societyedstostrengthnmplomentsupport，optiizethvocatioaleducatioyste， and integrate resources to provide diversified support.
