Abstract：Asoneoftheimportantmeasurestodeveloppublicdataand tapitspotential，publicdataauthorizedoperationhasbeen practicedandeploredivariousprovincsandcitisiecentyearsithteitroductioofrelevantps.However，inthti plementation process，severalisueshaveemerged，suchasamixedauthorizationmechanism，aunder-developedrevenuemhnism， andaninadequatesupervisionmechanism.Inesponse，coespondingstrategiesshouldbeadoptedbasedonthespecificmanifestatiosof eachproble，cdigatioallymproingndtadadigteorzationehasm，syeticallonstructingthvee anism，andcomprehensivelyimprovingthesupervisionmechanismtopromotetheimprovementofpublicdataauthorizedoperation.
