Abstract：Withtheevolutionofsocialconceptsandthediversificationoflifestyles，non-maritalcohabitationhasbecomeaniportant forofintimateelatioshipina.weeueteckoflegltfroageegistrationispropertyelatiosface temicinstitutioalgapparticularlypresetigproblesinaassuchastedeteinationofintdebts，ompensatiofdomsticlabo andinheritance.Thecurrentlawonlyuses“needsarisingfromcommonproductionandliving”asthestandardfordebtdetermination，but thescopeisunclearlydefiedandtheburdenofprofisimbalancedThisresultsintheconflationofdailyconsumerdebtsandbusines debts，making teeakerpartyasilypasivelyearuneasonabledbts.hesystemforcompensatingdomsticorkisabsent，aontributionstohouseoldchoresinnonaritalohabitationareotgrantedanindependentclairightxacerbatingenderinequalitdo nomicrisks.ChabitingpartnersareexcludedfromthestatutoryheirsbyArticle1127oftheCiilCode.Whenrelyingonalterative avenuesuchasiheritancesupprtagreemetsortedivisioofoowdpropertytheyacestructuralobtaclesicludingdisputesoer subjectqulifcatioambiguouspeformancestandards，ndopositionfromstatutoryirsIesposetotheforementiodproblesa tieredpathforproveentisroposd，indingfngdebtlesantinliedogitiotomesticorkopesatioddi versifyinginheritancesafeguards.Itaimstobalancesubstantivefiesandtransactionscuritytroughtypfdrulesonthebasisfre spect for autonomy of will，thereby providing corresponding legal protection for this lifestyle.
