, , ,, [Abstract]Diabetic nephropathy (DN)is acommoncomplicationaftertheprogresion diabetes and is alsothe main cause end-stagerenal disease.Clearlyunderstanding the pathological characteristicsDNand formulating individualized treatment plans basedon this can help improve the prognosis patientsandenhancetheir quality life. This article takes DN as the research object,analyzing its pathological characteristics from aspects such as glomerular lesions,renal tubular interstitial lesions,andrenal vascularlesions,and summarizing and researching drugs thatcan beused to treat DN,suchas hypoglycemic drugs and antihypertensive drugs,inorder to provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment DN.
