Effect of Yinao Capsule Combined with Mecobalamin on Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Department of General Practice，Fuqing FourthHospital，Fuqing 35O3O7，Fujian，China [Abstract] Objective Toexplore thecombinedapplication effectofYinao Capsuleandmecobalamin intheclinical treatmentof patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）.MethodsA total of 96DPN patientsadmited to the FuqingFourth Hospital from June2O24 to June 2O25 were convenientlyselectedas theresearch objects.According to different treatmentregimens，thecontrol group（48 cases）was treated withmecobalamin tablets orally，and theobservationgroup（48cases）was treated with Yinao Capsulescombinedwith mecobalamin tabletsoraly.The total ffective rateof treatment，vascular injury，traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）syndrome score，clinical symptomsandadverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment，the total effctiverate of treatment and Cpeptide level of the observation group were higher than those of thecontrol group，and the TCM syndrome scores， cystatin-C level，Michigan Diabetic Neuropathy Scoreand Toronto Clinical Scoring System scores were lower han thoseof the control group，the differences were statistically significant （all P <0.05）.Therewasno significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups （ P> 0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of mecobalamin oral treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy，the combination of Yinao Capsulecan efectively alleviate the blood vessel injuryof patientsand reduce the impact of symptoms.
