Effect of Risk-stratification Early-warning Nursing Intervention in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Complicated by Acute Myocardial Infarction

DepartmentofEmergency,Zhangzhou Hospital ofTraditionalChinese Medicine,Zhangzhou 3630oo,Fujian,China [Abstract]ObjectiveToevaluatetheefectofriskstratificationearly-warning nursing interventionfordiabetesmellitus(DM)complicatedbyacute myocardial infarction (AM1).MethodsAtotalof 80 patients with DMcomplicated with AMI admittedto Zhangzhou Hospitalof Traditional ChineseMedicinefrom June 2O23 toMay 2O25 were selectedand dividedintocontrol groupandrisk-stratificationgroup according todiffrent nursing methods,with4Ocases ineach group.The control group received routine nursing,and therisk-stratification group received risk-stratification earlywarning nursing.The blood glucose index,first aid eficiency and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,thelevelsoffasting plasmaglucoseand glycated hemoglobinAlcin theriskstratification group were lower than those in thecontrol group,andthe differences were statistically significant (all P< 0.05).The admisson to ballon dilatationtime,blood glucose compliance time and emergency room staytime in the risk-stratificationgroup were shorterthanthoseinthecontrol group,andthe diffrenceswere statisticallysignificant (all P <0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the risk-stratification group was higher than thatof the control group,and the differencewas statistically significant ( P <0.05).ConclusionRisk-stratification early-warning nursing can effectively reduce blood glucose,shorten treatment time and improve nursing satisfaction in patients with DM complicated with AMI.

糖尿病(diabetesmellitus,DM)患者是发生急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)的高危人群,AMI主要由动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂诱发,可致心肌缺血、心力衰竭甚至心源性猝死,是全球致残和致死的主要原因,严重影响不良心血管事件和患者预后。(剩余4849字)
