[Abstract]To summarize thenursing experience of1patient with refractory ulcer woundcomplicated with coronary heart disease after diabetic foot toe amputation.The key points of nursing areas folows： to evaluatethe whole body andlocal woundof patients，and to formulate individualized nursing plan;basedontheprincipleof"TIME"and the theoryofwethealing，diferenttreatmentswereappliedtothewoundatdifferenttimes.Afternearly4monthsof wound care，the patient's diabetic foot ulcer wound was basically cured.
