The Effect of Refined Nursing on Self-management and Blood Glucose Control Level of Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus under King's Mutual Aid Standard Theory

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effectof refinednursingonself-managementand blood glucosecontrol levelof patients with gestational diabetes melitus under King's mutual aid standard theory.Methods A total of 2OO patients withgestational diabetesmelitus wereincludedastheresearch subjects.Allof them received treatment in Linyi People'sHospitalfrom January 2O2O to January 2O23.They were grouped according to the nursing methods.100 patients who receivedconventionalnursing intervention wereinthecontrolgroup，and10Opatients whoreceivedrefined nursing nterventionunder the King's mutualaid standard theory were in the observation group.The self-management ability，blood glucose control level and adverse pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing，the scores ofthe Summary of Diabetes Self-care Activities in the observation group were higher than those in theobservation group，and the differenceswere statistically significant （all P <0.05）.The levelsof glycated hemoglobin Alc，fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （all P <0.05）.The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in theobservation groupwaslower thanthatinthecontrol group，andthediference was statisticallysignificant （ P <0.05）.Conclusion Refined nursing under King's mutual aid standard theory can improve the selfmanagement ability and blood glucose control level of patients with gestational diabetes melitus.
