Effect of Kangfuyan Capsule on Symptom Relief and Vaginal Health in PatientswithDiabetic Vaginitis

Methods Non-randomlyselected 8ODVpatientswho were treated inFuqing Maternaland ChildHealth Hospital fromFebruary 2024 to June 2025，and grouped according to diferent treatment methods，40cases ineach group.The control group was treated with metformin+lactobacillus vaginal capsule+potassium permanganate sitz bath，and theobservation group was treated with Kangfuyan Capsuleson thebasis of the control group.The disappearance time of symptoms，vaginal microecological index level and vaginal health status were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment，the disappearance time of vulvar pruritus was （6.42±1.45） days，the disappearance time of burning pain was （6.08±1.34）days，and the disappearance time of abnormal vaginal discharge was（7.31±1.53）days in the observation group，allof which were shorter than（8.89±1.58）days，（8.47±1.52）days，and （9.72±1.69）days in thecontrol group，respectively，the diffrences were statistically significant （t=7.285，7.46O，6.686;all P<0.05 ）. The vaginal microecological index levelsand vaginal health status of theobservation group were beter than those of he control group，and the differences were statistically significant （all P<0.05 ）. Conclusion Kangfuyan Capsules can significantly accelerate the symptom relief rateof DVpatients，improve the vaginal microecological balance and vaginal health status.
