Therapeutic Effect of Jinshuibao Combined with Dapagliflozin in the Treatment of Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

YU Qianqian Departmentof Nephrology，Xintai People'sHospital，Xintai 2712Oo，Shandong， China [Abstract]Objective To explore the eficacyof Jinshuibaocombined with dapagliflozin inthe treatmentof patients withdiabetic nephropathy.Methods Atotal of8O patients with diabeticnephropathyadmittedto Xintai People's Hospital from January 2O23 to January 2O25 were selected.They were divided into the observation group （ n =40，treated with dapagliflozin combined with Jinshuibao） and the control group（ n =40，treated with dapagliflozin alone）. The efficacyofthetwo groups wascompared，andtheimprovementof glycolipid metabolismindicators，renal functionand inflammatory factorindicatorswasdetected.Folow-upwas conducted toobserve theadversereactionsituation. Results Before treatment，there wereno significant diferences inthe levelsof glucoseand lipid metabolism indexes， renal function indexes and inflammatory factors between the two groups （all P>0.05 ）. Compared with the control group， thetotalclinical efectiverateof theobservationgroup was higher，andthediffrence wasstatisticallysignificant（ P< 0.05）.After treatment，the levels of fasting plasma glucose，2-hour postprandial plasma glucose， glycated hemoglobin Alc，totalcholesterol，triglyceride，low-densitylipoproteinchoesterolandhigh-densitylipoproteincholesterolinthe two groups were improved compared with thosebefore treatment，butthere was no significant diference betweenthe two groups （all P>0.05 ）.After treatment， the levels of serum creatinine，β2-microglobulin，24-hour urine protein and inflammatoryfactors intheobservation group werelower than those inthecontrol group，andthediferences were statisticallysignificant （all P<0.05 ）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P>0.05 ）. Conclusion Adding Jinshuibao to dapagliflozin treatment can improve the glycolipid metabolism andrenal function of patients with diabetic nephropathy，reduce inflammatory factor levels，and has good safety.
