Clinical Value of Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsules Combined with Insulin Glarginein the Treatment ofDiabeticVaginitis

JepartmentofGynecology，Shandong Electric PowerCentral Hospital，Jinan25Ooo1，Shandong，China [Abstract]ObjectiveTo investigate theclinicalefficacyandsafetyoflactobacilusvaginacapsulecombinedwith insulin glargineinthe treatmentof diabeticvaginitis （DV）.MethodsA totalof82 patientswithDVadmitted to Shandong Electric Power Central Hospital from February 2024 to April 2025 were selectedand divided into two groups according to diferent treatment methods，with 41 casesineachgroup.Thecontrol group was treatedwith insulin glargine+potassium permanganate sitz bath+metronidazole，and theobservation group was treated withlactobacilus vaginalcapsule onthe basis of thecontrol group.The disappearance time of symptoms，vaginal microecological indexesand vaginal health status were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment，the disappearance timeof symptoms intheobservation groupwas shorterthanthatin thecontrol group，thevaginalpHand Lactobacills levelintheobservationgroup werebetterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup，thevaginal health statusoftheobservation groupwas better than that of the control group，andthe diffrences were statistically significant （all P<0.05 ） Conclusion Lactobacilus vaginal capsule combined with insulin glargine in the treatment of DV can accelerate symptom relief， improve vaginal microecological balance，and improve vaginal health.

作为糖尿病患者的高发并发症之一，糖尿病性阴道炎（diabeticvaginitis，DV）的发病与血糖管控不良密切相关：高血糖状态可导致阴道内糖原代谢异常，乳酸杆菌增殖受抑、数量下降，阴道pH值随之升高，微生态平衡被打破后易引发病原体感染，临床表现为阴道瘙痒、分泌物异常、外阴灼痛等，严重干扰患者生活质量与身心健康[]。（剩余4845字）
