Effects of Warm Acupuncture Combined with Walking Ladder Training on Hemodynamics and Motor Function in Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

[Abstract] Objective To explore theapplication efect of warm acupuncture and walking ladder training in diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Atotalof 98 patients with diabetic peripheralneuropathyadmited to Daye Municipal Hospitalof Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to December 2024 were selectedand divided into control group （walking ladder training）and observation group （warm acupuncture combined with walking ladder training）according to diferent treatment methods，with 49 cases in each group.Hemodynamics，motorfunctionand nerve conductionvelocity were compared between the two groups.Results There wasno significant diference in fibrinogen， whole blood viscosity and plasma specific viscosity between the two groups before treatment （all P >0.05）; after treatment，the above indexes were lowerthan those before treatment.and theobservation group were lower than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （all P<0.05 ）. The motor function of the two groups after treatment was higherthanthatbeforetreatment，andtheobservationgroupwasbetter，thediferences were statistically significant （all P<0.05 ）.After treatment，the nerve conduction velocity of the two groups was better than that beforetreatment，and the motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocity of median nerveand common peroneal nervein theobservation group were better thanthoseinthecontrol group，thediferences were statisticallysignificant （all P<0.05 ）.Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with walking ladder training has a good effect on improving hemodynamicsand nerve conductionvelocity in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy，which is helpful to improve the motor function of patients.

糖尿病周围神经病变对患者运动神经、感觉神经功能损伤较大，是糖尿病继发病症，出现四肢远端感觉异常、肢体麻木、肌肉萎缩、肌肉乏力、疼痛等症状，持续进展会导致患者姿势控制、步态受到影响[-2]。（剩余4952字）
