Influencing Factors of Blood Glucose Fluctuations during Hemodialysis in PatientswithUremiaand Type2DiabetesMellitus

WANG Hui， CHEN Rongrong，HU Ping Department of Nephrology，Yancheng FirstPeople'sHospital， Yancheng 224Ooo，Jiangsu，China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the influencing factors of blood glucose fluctuation during hemodialysis in patients with uremiaandtype2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2023 to September 2O25，60 patients with uremiaand type2diabetes mellitusadmited to Yancheng First People's Hospital were convenientlyselected.All patients were given blood glucose control and routine treatment.According to the blood glucose fluctuation of patients during hemodialysis，they were divided into blood glucose fluctuation group（ n =38）and blood glucose stability group （ n （204号 =22）. The general dataof the two groups werecompared，and theunivariate and multivariate analysis ofblood glucose fluctuations were performed.Results The historyof hypertension，thecourse of type2diabetes melitus，sleep disorders，badmoodandself-managementabilitywerethesinglefactorsafecting theblood glucosefluctuationduringhemodialysis inpatientswithuremiaand type2diabetes melitus，thediffrences werestatisticallysignificant （all P< 0.05）.Therewasnosignificantdiferenceingender，age，bodymass index，educationlevel，fasting plasma glucose，hemoglobin，totalcholesterol，triglyceride，social supportandblood glucosefluctuationduring hemodialysisinpatients with uremia and type 2 diabetes mellitus （all P>0.05 ）.Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that history of hypertension，course of type 2 diabetes mellitus ⩾8 years，combined with bad mood， general self-management ability and below were independentrisk factors for blood glucose fluctuation during hemodialysis in patients with uremia and type 2 diabetes mellitus （all P<0.05 ）. Conclusion The risk of blood glucose fluctuation during hemodialysis in patients withuremiaand type2diabetes melitus is high.The historyof hypertension，longcourseof type2diabetesmelitus， the combinationof bad moodandself-management abilityare independentinfluencingfactors of blood glucose fluctuation during hemodialysis in patients with uremia and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
