The Impact of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Negative Emotions and Quality of Life in Hemodialysis Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

BloodPurification Center，Yongkang TraditionalChinese Medicine Hospital，Jinhua 3213oo，Zhejiang，China;3.Department of Nursing，Yongkang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital，Jinhua 3213oo，Zhejiang，China [Abstract] Objective To exploretheapplicationvalue of comprehensive nursing intervention inhemodialysis patients withdiabetic nephropathy.Methods Atotal of 10O patients with diabetic nephropathywho received hemodialysis in theBloodPurification Centerof Yongkang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2O23 to December 2024 were convenientlyselected as the research objects.According to diferent nursing methods，they were divided into control groupandobservation group，with 5O cases in each group.Theyreceived routine nursing intervention and comprehensivenursing interventionrespectively.Thenegativeemotions，qualityof lifeand blood glucose levels of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing，there were no statisticallysignificant diferences between the two groups in negative emotions，quality of life，or blood pressure levels （all P>0.05 ）; after nursing，the fasting plasma glucose，2-hour postprandial plasma glucose，glycated hemoglobin A1c levels，anxietyand depression scores of theobservationgroup were alllower than thoseofthecontrol group，while the qualityof lifescorewas higher than thatof the control group，the differenceswere statistically significant （all P<0.05 ）.Conclusion The effect of providing comprehensive nursing to diabetic nephropathy patients undergoing hemodialysis is ideal.
