以专业课“食品添加剂”为延伸,创建公选课“解密食品添加剂”的实践
摘要 公选课作为高校课程体系的重要组成部分,是实现通识教育的主要平台。以专业课程“食品添加剂”进行延伸和深化,创建公选课“解密食品添加剂”,通过网络教学平台+雨课堂结合的混合式教学模式的探索与实践,极大地提高了公选课学生课堂参与度及热情,达到了本课程建设目标。

Taking the professional course “Food Additives”as an extension,the practice of creating a public elective course “Deciphering Food Additives”

Abstract As an important part of the university curriculum system,public elective courses are the main platform for general education. The author extended and deepened the professional course “Food Additives”and created the public elective course “Decrypted Food Additives”. Through the exploration and practice of the hybrid teaching model combining the network teaching platform + Rain Classroom,students' classroom participation in the public elective course was greatly improved. Degree and enthusiasm have reached the goal of this course.

引言
为促进大学生德智体美劳全面发展,加强学生的学习兴趣和热情,高校陆续开始开设丰富的公选课,涵盖人文类、自然科学类等多种类型的课程,而且课程引用平台多样化,[1]基于目前高校公选课开设的需求和高质量的公选课的课程要求,笔者以专业课程“食品添加剂”进一步延伸,创建了一门新的公选课“解密食品添加剂”,下面将本课程创建的过程及授课方式的探究进行介绍。(剩余3968字)
