Research on Automatic Early Warning and Prevention Construction Technology of Diaphragm Walls Adjacent to High Voltage Iron Towers

GAO Peng GUO Jiahui YOU Changfu China Railway 12th Bureau Group Co.，Ltd.， Taiyuan， Shanxi Province， O3oo24 China Abstract： Aimed at the construction of diaphragm wallconstructionadjacentto high-voltage iron towers，an integrated height limit protection waring system is used to dynamically monitor and warn the safe distance between lifting equipment and high-voltage power lines.Meanwhile，an innovative modular hoisting balance system is developed to forman assembly-line operation modeof reinforcement cage welding，film coatingand hoisting.Furthermore，an intellgent anti-seepage system is developed to ensure the gap-free combination of polymer antiseepage membranes and reinforcement cages.This technical system achieves intellgent early warning of safe construction distances in high-risk environments，dynamic balance control of complex hoisting operations，and zeroleakage protection of underground structures.
