Research on Innovative Path of Human Resource Management in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract: In the context of new quality productive forces,researching innovative paths for human resource management inhighervocational coleges has important practical significance.Onthe one hand,it helps higher vocational collges improve the quality of talent cultivation and provides strong talent support for theadvancement of new quality productive forces.Ontheother hand,it is beneficial for thesustainabledevelopmentof higher vocationalcolleges themselves.This article elaborates on the intrinsic connectionbetween new quality productive forces and higher vocational colleges human resource management,analyzes the problems and chalenges faced by human resource management in higher vocational collges，and proposes innovative paths for human resource management under the guidance of new quality productive forces,inorder to contribute to the innovation and development of higher vocational college human resource management.
