Guizhou Institute of Information Science and Technology,Guiyang, Guizhou Province,55oo25 China Abstract: With the rapid development of Artificial Inteligence (AI) technology,the demand for expert customer service systems in smart buildings has been increasing.This paper introduces the implementation ofa verticaldomain robot based on Artificial Intellgence Generated Content (AIGC)—a smart building expert customer service system.The systemutilizes the LangChain framework,with DeepSeek-R1-Distill-Qwen-1.5Bas the base Large Language Model (LLM),combined with a vector database and a text vectorization model,enabling rapid system deployment with minimal code.The system is not only easy to implement but also ofers advantages such as simple maintenance,convenient updates,and low development costs,making it particularly suitable for smalland mediumsized smart building systems undergoing iteration.
