Abstract: A sealing processbased on expansive concrete and composite grouting is proposed to addressthe issue of leakage prevention in the construction of diversion tunnels for hydropower stations.Combined with the leakage repair technology during the operation period,a fulife cycle prevention and control system is constructed.Byoptimizing the material and structural design of the plug,and adopting technologies such as layered pouring,highpressure grouting and intellgent monitoring,the leakage problems caused by material deterioration,construction defects and changes in externalloads canbe solved.Enginering cases showthat after the repair,the seepageflowrate has decreased by 90% ,and the permeability rate meets the specification requirements,verifying the applicability of the technical system.The research results provide replicable technical paths for similar projects and promote the progress of anti-seepage technology in hydropower engineering.
