Exploring the Development of New Quality Productive Forces in Libraries Driven by Artificial Intelligence and Data Governance

Abstract: In thecontext of information explosionand digital transformation,libraries,as crucial venues for knowledge dissemination and information services are facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.The introduction of new quality productive force has pointed out the direction for the development of libraries,among which data governanceand theapplicationofArtificial Inteligence (AI) technology have becomekey factors driving library service innovation.Data governance ensures dataqualityandsecurity,providingareliabledata foundation for AI.Byanalyzingand utilizing thesedata,AI enhances the intellgencelevel of libraryservices,enabling personalized recommendations,，automated management and inteligent decision support.This synergistic efect not only improves theoperational eficiency oflibraries but also provides impetus for their innovative development.However, inthe process of promoting thedevelopment of new-quality productive force in libraries,libraries alsoface various challenges.Therefore,countermeasures such as strengthening technological investment and talentcultivation,establishing acomprehensive data security management system,and enhancing user education and training are proposed to address the challenges ofthe information age.Through these measures,libraries can beter adapt to technological changes,enhance the inteligence level ofservices,optimize user experience,and support decision-making,thereby

playing a greater role in information society.
