Research on the Preparation of Silane Coupling Agent Intermediate of Cyclobutane Tetracarboxylic Dianhydride Type

Medical College, Jiangxi University of Technology,Nanchang, Jiangxi Province,33oo98 China Abstract: A novel imide compound (CBDA-AA) was prepared by the reaction of cyclobutane tetracarboxylic anhydride with alyl amine imide.The product was a light-colored solid witha yield of 54.8% and a melting range of 269-270°C .The structure of the product was confirmed using nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen and carbon spectra.The design goal of the compound is to optimize thecorrosion resistance and thermal stability of the silane couplingagent,efectively improve the performanceof the silane couplingagent inthecopper foilsurfacetreatment proces,and significantly improve thecorosion resistance and thermal stability characteristics after treatment.The synthesized new compounds have positive implications for technological progressin the field of electronics manufacturing,providing new solutions for the performance improvement and innovative development of related products, while reducing the environmental burden.Its main potential applications include surface modification of copper foils for electronic devices.
