Abstract： An automated control system is designed to improve the problems oflowoperating effciency，high energy consumption and heavy polution of centralized heating coal-fired boilers.The system collects data through high-precision sensors，employsalgorithms such asfuzzycontrol，proportional-integral-derivative control to achieve functions including combustionoptimization，heat network balance adjustment，energy consumptionanalysis andmanagement.At thesametime，itis equipped withfault diagnosis andearlywarningcapabilities and remote monitoring functionality.Test results of function and performance show thatthe system can beaccurately controled，runstablyand eficiently，andcanaccuratelycontroltheboilerand heat network toreduce energyconsumption.
