Research on Intelligent Engineering Construction Based on BIM Technology

Guizhou University of Finance and Economics,Guiyang, Guizhou Province, 55oo25 China Abstract: Against the backdrop of the intellgent transformation ofthe construction industry,Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology has becomeacore support for informatization.Taking a commercial complex project as the research object,this paper elaborates on its project overview and focuses on exploring the application of BIM technology in the designand construction phases.In the design phase,aunifiedBIM model is established,multiprofesional colaborativedesign isrealized,anddesignschemesare deepenedandoptimizedtosolve traditional design conflicts and eficiency issues.In the construction phase,site simulation,with the helpof site simulation,4D construction simulation,MEP installtion optimization,and accurate engineering quantity calculation are used to improve the scientific construction planning,resource allocation eficiency,and cost control level.Research shows that BIM technology can avoid engineering risks in advance,reduce design changesand rework,shorten the constructio period,andlower costs,providingan eficient technical path fortheconstructionof intellgent engineering projects and possessing significant practical value.
