Exploration of Dynamic Decision-Making Algorithms for Career Development Driven by New Quality Productive Forces

Liuzhou Polytechnic University, Liuzhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, 545oo6 China Abstract: With the rise of new quality productive forces,the education industry is facing the challnge of digital and intellgent transformation.Based onthe dynamic decision-making algorithm,combined with the background of new quality productive forces,explores how to optimize thecareer development decision of in-service college teachers by technical means,analyzes the impact ofnew quality productive forces on teachers'career development, andbuildsa career development decision-making framework integrating dynamic decision-making theory. Through practical application examples,it demonstrates the specific applications of this algorithm in optimizing teachers'career paths and allcating teaching resources.Based on this,the algorithm optimization strategy is discused,including precisionoptimization,data-driven technologyenhancement,real-time adjustmentand feedback mechanism design,to provide more intelligent and personalized career development support for college teachers.
