Research on the Optimization of Self-Piercing Friction Rivet Welding ProcessforAluminum Steel

Shenyang Industrial Installation Engineering Co.,Ltd., Shenyang, Liaoning Province,11O178 China Abstract: With the goal of improving the quality and mechanical properties of heterogeneous aluminum ally material connection joints,keysientific isses such as rivet structure optimization,joint forming mechanism,and processparametercontrolare introduced tostudytheinfluenceofsizedistributionof aluminumstee disimilarmaterial riveting structuresonriveting structures,and establishan energy inputbased optimization strategy foraluminum alloy riveting processes.Research has found that optimizing the riveting structure can efectively improve the fluidity of the sheet metaland reduce its deformation and failure;Byselecting reasonable rotational speedand feed rate,the weldingqualityofsolid-phase welding can be efectively improved.Inexperimental research,the influenceof various main factors on the shear strength of welds was studied through orthogonal experiments.The efectiveness of this method was analyzed through tensile shear experiments.Theresearch resultscan provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for the high-efficiency and high reliability connection of aluminum alloy components.
