Abstract:With theacceleration of global tradeand the continuous growth of transportation demand,ports,as important nodes ininternational trade,directly affectthe stabilityandeconomic benefitsof theglobal supplychain in terms of operational eficiency and safety.The concept of smart ports has emerged,aiming to promote technological innovation and enhance the inteligence and automation level of port management.In this context, ship locks,as an important logistics facility in ports,have become pivotal in the construction ofsmart ports due to theiroperational efciency and safety management.Therefore,exploring the digital transformation path ofship lock enginering can improve the overalloperational eficiency of ports,enhance their ability to support economic activities,and is of great significance for promoting regionalandeven global economicdevelopment.Basedon this,it willfrst explore in depth theapplication of technologies suchas theInternetof Things,bigdata analysis,artificial intellgence,and automation control in the digital transformation of ship lock projects.Focusing on theBeijing Hangzhou Grand Canal ship lock project,it will explore thepractical strategies for the digital transformation of the project,providing specific strategies and implementation paths for the transformation of ship lock projects under smart ports .
