Tianjin Bohai Sea Monitoringand Surveillnce Management Center,Tianjin,3Oo452 China Abstract: Satelite remote sensing technology can improve the accuracy and timeliness of sea ice monitoring, providing forecasting and early warning for sea ice disasters and maritime activity safety.The study employs multisource satelite data combined with meteorological and marine environmental parameters,and comprehensively utilizes optical remote sensing, microwave remote sensing,and deep learing semantic segmentation methods to systematically analyze the distribution range and changing trends of sea ice in the Tianjin coastal waters.The results show that satelite remote sensing technology can achieve high-resolution monitoring ofsea ice distribution,and the comparative analysis of multi-phase images reveals the significant impact of climate change and marine dynamics onsea ice changes.The satelite remote sensing has the advantages of wide monitoring range and strong timeliness,and can provide a reliable technical support for sea ice disaster prevention and control in the Tianjin coastal waters.
