Research on the Application of Green and Energy-Saving Technologies in Medical Record Archives

Abstract: In the archives management of medical institutions,medical record archieves often face high energyconsumption isues due to their large storage capacity and long operational cycles.With the advancement of China's "dual carbon" strategy,how toachieve green and energy-saving management while ensuring the safetyof records has become an important research topic in the archives management of medical institutions.Focusing on the green and energy-saving demands of medical record archives,this paper proposes several application strategies for green energy-saving technologies in medical record archives,including building inteligent environmental control systems,promoting the integratedapplicationof inteligent LED lightingand natural lightutilization,implementing smartairquality management with energy-eficient ventilation,exploring the integrationofrenewableenergyand energy storage technologies，and emphasizing the harmlesstreatment of expired archives.These strategies aim to provide practical references for medical institutions.
