Research on the Development Technology of Difficult Resources UnderWater-Rich Conditions in Deep Areas

Zhangcun Mine，Jizhong Energy Resources Co.， Ltd.， Xingtai， Hebei Province， O54103 China Abstract： In the process of coal mine production and construction，frequent water inrush disasters seriously threaten the safety production of coal mines，ranging from affcting normal mine production to directly endangeringthelives of workers and national property safety.Therefore，research on the development technologyof difcult resources under water-rich conditions has become an important isue for current coal mining enterprises.There is a problem of coal resource mining in Zhangcun Mine ofJizhong Energy under water-rich conditions.Taking this mine as an example，this paper expounds on the target route of mine water disaster prevention and control，analyzes the hydrogeologicalconditionsofthe mineindetail，andputs forwardaspecificresource recovery plan，achieving efficient recovery and utilization of difficult-to-access resources.
