Nanjing Vocational College of Finance and Economics，Nanjing，Jiangsu Province，21oooo China Abstract： With the rapid development of information technology，cloud computing has become the core engine driving the digital transformationof enterprises.Insmall enterprises，traditionalcomputerrooms，face challenges including low resource utilization，high operationa and maintenance costs，and poor scalability.The introduction of cloud computing technology not only breaks through the limitations of physical hardware but also enables elastic resource allocation through virtualization technology，providing possbilities for smallenterprises tobuild effcientand agile IT infrastructure posibilities.As amainstream open-source cloud computing management platformin theindustry，OpenStack demonstratessignificant advantages in building enterprise-level privateclouds andachieving unified management of heterogeneous resources.The practical application and innovative exploration of OpenStack technology in the scenarioof small enterprise central computer rooms focus on researching how to achieve inteligent scheduling and service-oriented deliveryof computer room resources through this platform，as wellas building an elastic IT architecture that adapts to the development of enterprise business.
